´Berlinale is not only a film festival, it is a plaform open to varied universes, topics, problems, opinions… and among them— the once that matter so much to community of Open Art Shelter– migration, adaptation, openness versus isolation, rigid national versus mosaic identity, women’s roles across cultures and religions…
Join us on the 17th of February at Refugee Film Cafe to continue dialogue over cup of tea and new-local food from Iran, Afghanistan and Pakistan.
Food will be prepared by the women who create community of Open Art Shelter– women of varied migrant and refugee background.
There will be art and henna corner so you can also involve in meditative activity and make it be time for yourself.
Come with your kids so they can play with Afghan and Syrian kids who do not often get a chance to meet children out of refugee-circles.
At 18:00 we will tell you more about our daily work, our challenges and joys. We will answer alllllll your questions.
