GSBTB Open Kitchen meets Refugee Film Cafe

When: February 7, 2017

Time: 11:00–21:00

Where: Refugee Shelter Stresemannstraße 95, near Potsdamer Platz

This weekend the GSBTB Open Kitchen is kick-starting its 2017 activities!! We kick off as part of an alternative Berlinale Programme Saturday at Refugee Film Café where refugee kitchen and art projects will be running throughout the Berlinale.

On Saturday, 11th Feb, 11 – 6pm Amjad and the GSBTB Open Kitchen crew will be creating a delicious Syrian brunch at the Refugee Academy in Stresemannstrasse. This is located 200 meters from Potsdamer Platz with a 16th floor penthouse view (in the former Bel Air Hotel)

IMPORTANT:
As this is a refugee shelter run by the German Red Cross you must bring an ID of some sort to be able to gain access. There are limited spaces however the cafe will run all day to make sure you get a chance to pop in, hang out, eat some delicous food and hear some great talks and sharing.. CHECK out the full and great programme Refugee Film Cafe

We are still looking for 3-4 volunteers to help early either with shopping and cooking or later on to clean up after all the fun and food!! 🙂 Get in touch with Amjad via hello@gsbtb.org to sign up!
